Abstract
An enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction of cyclic α-diaryl -acyl imines with indolizines catalyzed by a chiral spirocyclic phosphoric acid has been developed. The asymmetric transformation proceeds smoothly to afford α-tetrasubstituted (3-indolizinyl) (diaryl)methanamines in good yields with up to 98% ee under mild conditions.

一种由手性螺环磷酸催化的环状α-二芳基酰基亚胺与中氮茚的对映选择性傅克反应已被开发出来。该不对称转化反应顺利进行，在温和条件下以良好的产率得到α-四取代（3-中氮茚基）（二芳基）甲胺，对映体过量值高达98%。
