Abstract

Chylothorax after thoracic surgery is a rare complication, and treatment for refractory chylothorax is challenging. We report a case of chylothorax after cardiothoracic surgery in an infant after failure of conservative management and thoracic duct ligation. The patient underwent chemical pleurodesis with a extract. The treatment was successful and chylothorax did not recur.

摘要

胸外科手术后乳糜胸是一种罕见的并发症，难治性乳糜胸的治疗具有挑战性。我们报告一例婴儿心胸外科手术后乳糜胸，经保守治疗和胸导管结扎失败后发生。该患者接受了用一种提取物进行的化学胸膜固定术。治疗成功，乳糜胸未复发。
