Three new erythrina alkaloids, eryalkals A (), B (), and C (), were isolated from the roots of L. Their structures, including their absolute configurations, were elucidated based on analyses of HR-ESI-MS, 1D/2D NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The isolated erythrina alkaloids were screened for the antioxidant and cytotoxic activities. All the compounds showed no antioxidant activity and cytotoxic activities.
