Seven diterpenes including two new seco-cembranoid basmanoids A () and B (), and two new labdane basmadanes A () and B (), and three known compounds (-)-dehydro-nor-ambreinolid (), (13)-8-hydroxy-13-labden-12-one (), and 14,15,16-dinor-7-oxolabda-8-ene-13-oic acid () were isolated from oriental tobacco 'YNOTBS1'. Compounds - and showed anti-tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) activity with inhibition rates in the range of 30-69% at the concentration of 1 mg/mL. However, none of them exhibited any inhibitory effects against nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS and IFN-γ-induced RAW 264.7 murine macrophages and anti-proliferative activities against cancer cell lines SMMC-7721 and A-549.
从香料烟‘YNOTBS1’中分离得到7个二萜类化合物,包括2个新的裂环-西松烷型化合物basmanoids A()和B()、2个新的半日花烷型化合物basmadanes A()和B()以及3个已知化合物(-)-脱氢降龙涎香醇()、(13)-8-羟基-13-拉丹-12-酮()和14,15,16-去甲-7-氧代-拉达-8-烯-13-酸()。化合物和在浓度为1mg/mL时表现出抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)活性,抑制率在30%-69%之间。然而,它们对脂多糖(LPS)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)诱导的RAW 264.7小鼠巨噬细胞中一氧化氮(NO)的产生均无抑制作用,对癌细胞系SMMC-7721和A-549也无抗增殖活性。
