Abstract

The leaf roller, (Fabricius, 1776) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), is an important pest of many crops in China. The circular genome is 15,679 bp in length, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer genes, two ribosomal genes, and a non-coding AT-rich region. The base composition of the whole mitogenome is 41.2% A, 40.1% T, 11.1% C, and 7.7% G, which shows a strong AT bias. Phylogenetic analysis based on 13 PCGs showed that was closely related to and clustered within Archipini clade, which was consistent with the traditional classification.

卷叶蛾((法布里修斯,1776年)(鳞翅目:卷蛾科))是中国许多农作物的重要害虫。其环状基因组长度为15,679碱基对,由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转移RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个富含AT的非编码区组成。整个线粒体基因组的碱基组成为41.2%的A、40.1%的T、11.1%的C和7.7%的G,显示出强烈的AT偏好。基于13个蛋白质编码基因的系统发育分析表明,该卷叶蛾与[未提及的物种]密切相关,并聚集在拱翅蛾族内,这与传统分类一致。
