Abstract

A phytochemical investigation of led to the isolation of five oxoisoaporphine-type alkaloids () and five aporphine-type alkaloids (), including a novel oxoisoaporphine-type alkaloid: menispeimin A (). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic studies including MS, 1 D and 2 D NMR, and confirmed by comparing with literature data. Among them, alkaloids were obtained for the first time from genus. Natural products , and exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against A549, Bel-7402 and MCF-7 cell lines.

对进行植物化学研究，分离得到了五个氧化异阿朴啡型生物碱（）和五个阿朴啡型生物碱（），包括一个新的氧化异阿朴啡型生物碱：menispeimin A（）。通过包括 MS、1D 和 2D NMR 在内的光谱研究阐明了它们的结构，并通过与文献数据进行比较得到了证实。其中，生物碱首次从属中获得。天然产物、和对 A549、Bel-7402 和 MCF-7 细胞系表现出显著的细胞毒性。
