Abstract
Mycetomas of the lungs are, as a rule, localized in the upper (62), medial (22) and very rarely (8) in the lower portions of the lungs. Most frequent localization is the right lung. Operations were fulfilled on 68 of 92 patients. Surgery was shown to be the most effective method of treatment of patients with lung mycetomas. It results in complete and clinical recovery.

肺部足菌肿通常局限于肺上部（62%）、中部（22%），很少见于肺下部（8%）。最常见的发病部位是右肺。92例患者中有68例接受了手术。手术被证明是治疗肺部足菌肿患者最有效的方法，可实现完全康复和临床治愈。
