L. is an important medicinal herbaceous genus that belongs to the family Berberidaceae. Ogisu is a plant species only inhabited in the northwestern part of Sichuan province, China. Here, we reported the complete chloroplast genome sequence, assembly, and characterization of . The chloroplast genome of was 157,343 bp in length, and a total of 112 unique genes were identified. Phylogenetic results revealed that formed a sister relationship with the cluster of , , and . Our findings provided valuable data for future taxonomic and phylogenetic research within the genus .
淫羊藿属是小檗科中一个重要的药用草本属。峨眉淫羊藿是仅分布于中国四川省西北部的一种植物。在此，我们报道了峨眉淫羊藿叶绿体基因组的完整序列、组装及特征。峨眉淫羊藿的叶绿体基因组长度为157,343 bp，共鉴定出112个独特基因。系统发育结果表明，峨眉淫羊藿与淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿和朝鲜淫羊藿的聚类形成姐妹关系。我们的研究结果为该属未来的分类学和系统发育研究提供了有价值的数据。
