To discuss the intervention effect of biofeedback therapy combined with cluster nursing on perioperative constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
From June 2019 to June 2020, a total of 482 patients with thoracolumbar fracture who were treated by surgery in our department were selected. The random number table method was used to divide into experimental group ( = 241) and control group ( = 241). The control group was given routine constipation care, the experimental group was given biofeedback therapy combined with cluster nursing based on the control group. The constipation score, Bristol stool scale score, the short health questionnaire (SF-36) scale score, and the satisfaction of two groups were observed.
The constipation scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, while the Bristol stool scale score, SF-36 score, and satisfaction degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( < 0.05).
Biofeedback therapy combined with cluster nursing has a good intervention effect in perioperative constipation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture, which can reduce the degree of constipation, improve stool traits, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
探讨生物反馈疗法联合集束化护理对胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期便秘的干预效果。
选取2019年6月至2020年6月在我科接受手术治疗的482例胸腰椎骨折患者，采用随机数字表法分为实验组（ = 241）和对照组（ = 241）。对照组给予常规便秘护理，实验组在对照组基础上给予生物反馈疗法联合集束化护理。观察两组的便秘评分、布里斯托大便分类法评分、简短健康调查问卷（SF - 36）量表评分及满意度。
实验组便秘评分低于对照组，而实验组的布里斯托大便分类法评分及SF - 36评分、满意度高于对照组（ < 0.05）。
生物反馈疗法联合集束化护理对胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期便秘有良好的干预效果，可减轻便秘程度，改善大便性状，提高生活质量，提升患者满意度。
