Abstract

Within the family Inocybaceae, many species of and have been reported, but there are only a few reports on these two genera from north China. In this study, six collections of and 11 collections of were studied by morphological and phylogenetic methods. Phylogenetic analyses based on sequence data from three or two different loci (ITS, LSU, and for ; ITS and LSU for ) are performed to infer species relationships within genera and , respectively. Results indicate that eight species of and are found in Shanxi province, north China; two new species of , . and . , are described. Overall, six species belong to , of which three are new: . , . and . .

摘要

在蘑菇科中,已经报道了许多[属名1]和[属名2]的物种,但来自中国北方的这两个属的报道却很少。在本研究中,通过形态学和系统发育方法对6份[属名1]标本和11份[属名2]标本进行了研究。分别基于来自三个或两个不同位点(ITS、LSU,[属名1]还包括[另一位点];ITS和LSU用于[属名2])的序列数据进行系统发育分析,以推断[属名1]和[属名2]内的物种关系。结果表明,在中国北方的山西省发现了8种[属名1]和[属名2];描述了[属名2]的两个新物种,即[新物种名1]、[新物种名2]。总体而言,有6个物种属于[属名1],其中3个是新物种:[新物种名3]、[新物种名4]和[新物种名5]。
