Abstract

Three -terphenyls (-)-2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy--terphenyl (), 2-hydroxy-3,6-dimethoxy--terphenyl (), and 2,3,5,6-tetramethoxy--terphenyl ()-were isolated for the first time as natural products along with seven known compounds (, -) from the Antarctic lichen Structures of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMR and HREIMS experiments. Compound exhibited cytotoxicity against HCT116 cells with the IC value of 3.76 ± 0.03 μM and also inhibited NO production in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages with the IC value of 22.82 ± 0.015 μM.

三种三联苯(-)-2-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基--三联苯()、2-羟基-3,6-二甲氧基--三联苯()和 2,3,5,6-四甲氧基--三联苯()首次作为天然产物与 7 种已知化合物(、-)一起从南极地衣中分离出来。通过对 1D 和 2D NMR 和 HREIMS 实验的综合分析,阐明了新化合物的结构。化合物对 HCT116 细胞表现出细胞毒性,IC 值为 3.76 ± 0.03 μM,并且还抑制 LPS 诱导的 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中 NO 的产生,IC 值为 22.82 ± 0.015 μM。
