We herein report a ligand-free Ir-catalyzed C-H borylation of -acyl protected indoles. This simple protocol could tolerate a variety of functional groups, affording C3 borylated indoles in good yields with excellent regioselectivities. We also demonstrated that the current method is amenable to gram-scale borylation and the C-B bonds could be easily converted to C-C and C-heteroatom bonds.
我们在此报告一种无配体铱催化的酰基保护吲哚的C-H硼化反应。这种简单的方法能够耐受多种官能团,以良好的产率和优异的区域选择性得到C3硼化吲哚。我们还证明了当前方法适用于克级硼化反应,并且C-B键能够容易地转化为C-C键和C-杂原子键。
