Four new heptaketides, pseudonectrins A-D (1-4), and four known compounds (5-8) were isolated from cultures of an endophytic fungus . Their structures were elucidated primarily by NMR experiments. The absolute configurations of 1-3 and 4 were assigned by electronic circular dichroism calculations and the modified Mosher method, respectively. Compound 1-3 showed moderate cytotoxicity, with IC values of 11.6-41.2 μM.
从一种内生真菌的培养物中分离出了四种新的七肽，即假蜜环菌素A-D（1-4）和四种已知化合物（5-8）。它们的结构主要通过核磁共振实验得以阐明。1-3和4的绝对构型分别通过电子圆二色性计算和改良的莫舍尔方法确定。化合物1-3表现出中等的细胞毒性，IC值为11.6-41.2μM。
