Abstract

In this work, a new highly water-soluble copolymer of polyacrylic acid with polyaniline is introduced. Acrylic acid was polymerized the Reversible Addition Fragmentation Chain Transfer method (RAFT) in the presence of an initiator and the obtained polyacrylic acid was copolymerized with aniline at room temperature. As the main achievements of this work, the resulting block copolymer with nanosized structure revealed favorable solubility in polar solvents, as well as excellent antibacterial and anticancer activities. Therefore, it is an appropriate candidate for medical applications such as wound healing and cancer therapy, especially in HT29 treatment.

在这项工作中,引入了一种新型的聚丙烯酸与聚苯胺的高水溶性共聚物。在引发剂存在下,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移法(RAFT)使丙烯酸聚合,所得的聚丙烯酸在室温下与苯胺共聚。作为这项工作的主要成果,所得的具有纳米结构的嵌段共聚物在极性溶剂中显示出良好的溶解性,以及优异的抗菌和抗癌活性。因此,它是伤口愈合和癌症治疗等医学应用的合适候选物,特别是在HT29治疗方面。
