Abstract

FeO@walnut shell/Cu(ii) as an eco-friendly bio-based magnetic nano-catalyst was prepared by adding CuCl to FeO@walnut shell in alkaline medium. A series of 2-aryl/alkyl-2,3-dihydro-1-naphtho[1,2-][1,3]oxazines were synthesized by the one-pot three-component reaction of β-naphthol, formaldehyde and various amines using nano-FeO@walnut shell/Cu(ii) at 60 °C under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst was removed from the reaction mixture by an external magnet and was reusable several times without any considerable loss of its activity. This protocol has several advantages such as excellent yields, short reaction times, clean and convenient procedure, easy work-up and use of an eco-friendly catalyst.

摘要

通过在碱性介质中将氯化铜添加到FeO@核桃壳中,制备了一种环保型生物基磁性纳米催化剂FeO@核桃壳/Cu(ii)。以纳米FeO@核桃壳/Cu(ii)为催化剂,在60℃无溶剂条件下,通过β-萘酚、甲醛和各种胺的一锅三组分反应合成了一系列2-芳基/烷基-2,3-二氢-1-萘并[1,2-][1,3]恶嗪。通过外部磁铁将催化剂从反应混合物中分离出来,并且可以重复使用多次而其活性没有任何显著损失。该方法具有几个优点,如产率高、反应时间短、操作干净简便、后处理容易以及使用环保型催化剂。
