Abstract

The presented study is the first report of the synthesis of terpyridines in the presence of a nanomagnetic catalyst instead of harmful reagents. Herein, FeO@OPO(CH)NH CFCO as a retrievable nanocatalyst with magnetic properties was applied for the multi-component reaction between acetylpyridine derivatives (2 or 3 or 4-isomer), aryl aldehydes and ammonium acetate under conventional heating conditions in the absence of any solvent. The derived terpyridines were obtained with acceptable yields and brief reaction times a cooperative vinylogous anomeric based oxidation route. FeO@OPO(CH)NH CFCO showed a high capability for recovery and reuse in the mentioned reaction.

摘要

本研究首次报道了在纳米磁性催化剂而非有害试剂存在下合成三联吡啶。在此,FeO@OPO(CH)NH CFCO作为一种具有磁性的可回收纳米催化剂,用于乙酰吡啶衍生物(2-、3-或4-异构体)、芳醛和乙酸铵在常规加热条件下、无任何溶剂的多组分反应。通过基于乙烯型端基异构化的协同氧化途径,以可接受的产率和较短的反应时间获得了衍生的三联吡啶。FeO@OPO(CH)NH CFCO在上述反应中表现出高回收和再利用能力。
