Abstract

Herein we report an oxidative coupling reaction for N-S/S-S bond formation from ()-'-benzylideneacetohydrazide and S to furnish substituted ,'-disulfanediyl-bis('-(()-benzylidene) acetohydrazide). It provides a direct approach for the synthesis of disulfides with good yields.
