Abstract

L. is a perennial herb in China, which has high ecological and economic values. Its complete chloroplast genome was reported in this study for the first time. The whole chloroplast genome was 157, 902 base pairs in length with 129 genes, including 84 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNAs, and 8 rRNAs. The maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis revealed that the species of was isolated first among the genus . This result will be helpful for the conservation and phylogeny programs of the genus .

L.在中国是一种多年生草本植物,具有很高的生态和经济价值。本研究首次报道了其完整的叶绿体基因组。整个叶绿体基因组长度为157,902个碱基对,包含129个基因,其中包括84个蛋白质编码基因、37个tRNA和8个rRNA。最大似然系统发育分析表明,该物种在该属中最先分离出来。这一结果将有助于该属的保护和系统发育研究。
