In this issue of Cancer Cell, Anadon et al. perform a multi-omics analysis of ovarian tumor infiltrating tissue-resident memory T (TRM) cells at the single-cell level that supports a differentiation model from CD103TCF1 re-circulating T-cell precursors driven by tumor antigen recognition. CD103 TRM cells play a dominant anti-tumor role in ovarian cancer.
