Abstract

The interaction of silica nanoparticles (SiONPs) with berberine hydrochloride (BRH) was studied in aqueous solution at pH 9.0 and room temperature by using fluorophotometry. Based on a significant enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of the SiONPs-BRH aggregates, a spectrofluorimetric method which was simple, sensitive and green was developed for the determination of BRH in aqueous solution. The linear range of the method was from 2.0-50.0 μg L with a detection limit of 0.73 μg L. There was no interference from the compounds normally used to formulate pharmaceutical tablets. The proposed method was applied to the determination of BRH in tablets with satisfactory results and good consistency with the results obtained by standard methods.

在pH 9.0的水溶液和室温条件下,采用荧光光度法研究了二氧化硅纳米颗粒(SiONPs)与盐酸小檗碱(BRH)的相互作用。基于SiONPs - BRH聚集体荧光强度的显著增强,开发了一种简单、灵敏且绿色的荧光分光光度法用于测定水溶液中的BRH。该方法的线性范围为2.0 - 50.0 μg/L,检测限为0.73 μg/L。通常用于制备药物片剂的化合物无干扰。所提出的方法应用于片剂中BRH的测定,结果令人满意,与标准方法获得的结果具有良好的一致性。
