Abstract

A Ni(ii)-catalyzed enantioselective Michael addition of 2-acetyl azarenes with β-difluoromethyl substituted nitroalkenes was successfully realized, which afforded chiral CFH-containing compounds in good enantioselectivities (up to 93% ). This protocol provides a new convenient approach to all-carbon quaternary stereogenic centers featuring a CFH group.

成功实现了镍(II)催化的2-乙酰基氮杂芳烃与β-二氟甲基取代的硝基烯烃的对映选择性迈克尔加成反应,该反应以良好的对映选择性(高达93%)得到了含手性CFH的化合物。该方法为具有CFH基团的全碳季碳立体中心提供了一种新的便捷合成途径。
