Abstract

PEG-400 has been used as a green and biodegradable polymeric solvent for the one-pot, two-step, multi-component synthesis of novel asymmetrical bis-spirooxindole derivatives by the reaction of -alkyl isatin, isatin derivatives, alkylmalonates and C-H activated carbonyl compounds in the presence of KCO at room temperature. Using this procedure, all the products were obtained in good to excellent yields.

摘要

聚乙二醇400(PEG - 400)已被用作一种绿色且可生物降解的聚合溶剂,用于在室温下,在碳酸钾存在的条件下,通过α-烷基异吲哚酮、异吲哚酮衍生物、丙二酸酯与C-H活化羰基化合物的反应,一锅法两步多组分合成新型不对称双螺环氧化吲哚衍生物。采用此方法,所有产物的产率均良好至优异。
