In this study, titanate nanotubes-bonded organosulfonic acid (TNTs-SOH) was prepared and employed as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for esterification of levulinic acid with -butanol. Two reaction products pseudo -butyl levulinate (pseudo-BL) and -butyl levulinate (BL) were detected by GC-MS. The catalyst showed 86.8% conversion of levulinic acid with 99.7% selectivity towards -butyl levulinate. TNTs-SOH exhibited strong acidic sites and high stability even after seven cycles of usage and would be well expected to be a potential candidate for alkyl levulinate production.
在本研究中,制备了钛酸酯纳米管键合有机磺酸(TNTs-SOH),并将其用作乙酰丙酸与正丁醇酯化反应的高效非均相催化剂。通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测到两种反应产物,即假性乙酰丙酸丁酯(pseudo-BL)和乙酰丙酸丁酯(BL)。该催化剂显示乙酰丙酸的转化率为86.8%,对乙酰丙酸丁酯的选择性为99.7%。TNTs-SOH表现出强酸性位点,即使经过七个循环使用后仍具有高稳定性,有望成为生产乙酰丙酸酯的潜在候选催化剂。
