Abstract
Widespread cutaneous involvement of Langerhans cell histiocytosis is rare. Here, we report the case of a patient with cutaneous Langerhans cell histiocytosis, which showed a large number of small high 18 F-FDG-avid foci all over the body skin on PET/CT, accompanied with involved lymph nodes in bilateral axillas.

广泛皮肤受累的朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症较为罕见。在此，我们报告一例皮肤朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症患者，其全身皮肤 PET/CT 显示大量小的高 18F-FDG 摄取病灶，并伴有双侧腋窝淋巴结受累。
