Abstract
Obzidan was demonstrated to increase the total adenine nucleotide pool content in all zones of the hearts of male rabbits with experimental myocardial infarction. The total adenine nucleotide pool in the remote from affected zone site of the left ventricle kept exceeding the values of control ones within 7 days of obzidan treatment.
