Sporotrichosis is a global occurring implantation (subcutaneous) mycosis, caused by species, usually affecting the skin and the lymphatic vessels, from where it can disseminate. Nowadays, the vast majority of sporotrichosis infections in Brazil are caused by zoonotic transmission of which is the main etiologic agent. We report a cutaneous disseminated case of this disease, observed in an immunocompetent farmer living in southern Brazil, the -infection was successfully treated with itraconazole.
孢子丝菌病是一种全球范围内发生的植入性（皮下）真菌病，由申克孢子丝菌引起，通常累及皮肤和淋巴管，并可由此播散。如今，巴西绝大多数孢子丝菌病感染是由作为主要病原体的申克孢子丝菌通过人畜共患病传播所致。我们报告了一例皮肤播散性孢子丝菌病病例，该病例发生在巴西南部一名免疫功能正常的农民身上，采用伊曲康唑成功治愈了申克孢子丝菌感染。
