Abstract

A 57-year-old man with newly diagnosed with prostate cancer was admitted to our department for 68 Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen PET/CT imaging. The patient, who was asymptomatic at the time of imaging, had increased diffuse 68 Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen uptake in the trachea on PET/CT. No ground-glass density suggestive of pneumonia in both lungs was observed. The patient, whose symptoms developed 2 days after PET/CT imaging, was diagnosed with coronavirus disease 2019 by real-time polymerase chain reaction.

摘要

一位 57 岁男性被诊断为前列腺癌,收入我科进行 68Ga-前列腺特异性膜抗原 PET/CT 显像。该患者在显像时无症状,PET/CT 示气管内弥漫性 68Ga-前列腺特异性膜抗原摄取增加。双肺未见提示肺炎的磨玻璃密度影。该患者在 PET/CT 显像后 2 天出现症状,实时聚合酶链反应诊断为 2019 冠状病毒病。
