Abstract

Extremely thermophilic strains belonging to the genus were isolated from Senami Hot Spring in Japan. Here, I report the complete genome sequences of five Thermus thermophilus strains and one Thermus brockianus strain, which were obtained by combining Oxford Nanopore long-read and DNBSEQ or Illumina short-read sequencing data.
