Abstract
Three-dimensional ultrastructure of surface epithelial layer of the oesophagus was studied on biopsy specimens obtained from 10 patients aged 25-55 with various forms of oesophagitis and on one autopsy case of Candida oesophagitis. Common stereo-ultrastructural features of the studied forms of oesophagitis were desquamation, abundance of micro-organisms on the surface and leukocyte migration through the widened intercellular junctions.

对10名年龄在25至55岁之间患有各种形式食管炎的患者的活检标本以及1例念珠菌性食管炎尸检病例的食管表面上皮层三维超微结构进行了研究。所研究的食管炎形式的常见立体超微结构特征为脱屑、表面大量微生物以及白细胞通过增宽的细胞间连接迁移。
