Ultrastructure of epithelial surface of the esophageal mucous membrane has been studied in nine practically healthy persons at the age of 32-46 years. The material has been obtained at prophylactic esophagoscopy. The surface of the epithelial layer cells is covered with microfolds 100-200 nm wide and 200-600 nm tall forming labyrinth-like patterns. According to the ultrastructural character of the apical surface of the cells, it is possible to judge about their functional state. The characteristics of the ultrastructure of the fracture surface of the epithelial layer is presented. The data obtained can serve as a base for estimation and differential diagnosis of pathological processes in the organ.
对9名年龄在32至46岁的实际健康者的食管黏膜上皮表面超微结构进行了研究。材料取自预防性食管镜检查。上皮层细胞表面覆盖着宽100 - 200纳米、高200 - 600纳米的微褶皱,形成迷宫样图案。根据细胞顶端表面的超微结构特征,可以判断其功能状态。文中呈现了上皮层断裂面超微结构的特征。所获数据可为该器官病理过程的评估和鉴别诊断提供依据。
