The influence of the molecular weight of oligoamine, oligoether, and the type of diisocyanate on the physical and mechanical properties of elastomers with urethane hydroxyl hard segments was studied. For this purpose, oligoetherdiamines with molecular weights ~1008 and ~1400 g mol were synthesized by a three-stage method. Epoxyurethane oligomers were synthesized according to a two-step route with an oligodiisocyanate as an intermediate product. A series of 12 elastomers with controlled crystallinity were synthesized from these elastomers and amines. The deformation and strength properties of the elastomers were studied.
研究了低聚胺、低聚醚的分子量以及二异氰酸酯的类型对含聚氨酯羟基硬段弹性体物理和力学性能的影响。为此,采用三步法合成了分子量约为1008和1400 g/mol的低聚醚二胺。以低聚二异氰酸酯为中间产物,通过两步路线合成了环氧聚氨酯低聚物。由这些弹性体和胺合成了一系列12种结晶度可控的弹性体。研究了弹性体的变形和强度性能。
