The results show that, taking into consideration the specificity of a dialysis ward, when the factors of hepatitis prophylaxis are performed consistently with the help of so-called usual measures the hepatitis contamination may decisively be influenced. They indicate that in the period from 1982 to 30 November 1985 neither in the staff nor in the patients the HbsAg was proved or the clinical picture of an infectious hepatitis appeared. Apart from the consistent observance of existing dialysis-specific sanitary rules the characterized infection dialysis unit and the dietary regimen described in a particular degree might have contributed to this result. The fundamental attitude described should be maintained also after active immunization, since unsuccessful vaccinations are known and the Non-A-non-B-hepatitis is by no means without importance for dialysis wards.
结果表明，考虑到透析病房的特殊性，当借助所谓的常规措施持续实施肝炎预防因素时，肝炎感染可能会受到决定性影响。结果显示，在1982年至1985年11月30日期间，无论是工作人员还是患者，均未检测出乙肝表面抗原（HbsAg），也未出现传染性肝炎的临床表现。除了始终遵守现有的透析特定卫生规则外，特定程度上所描述的特色感染透析单元和饮食方案可能也促成了这一结果。在进行主动免疫后，也应保持上述基本态度，因为已知存在疫苗接种失败的情况，而且非甲非乙型肝炎对透析病房绝非无关紧要。
