Abstract

A novel, I-mediated tandem cyclization of -alkynylphenyl isothiocyanates with organophosphorus esters has been developed under mild conditions. Different kinds of 4-benzo[][1,3]thiazin-2-ylphosphonate could be synthesized in moderate to excellent yields. This method has the advantages of easy access to raw materials, free-metal catalyst, simple operation, high yield and high functional group tolerance.

在温和条件下,已开发出一种新颖的、碘介导的异硫氰酸 - 炔基苯基酯与有机磷酸酯的串联环化反应。可以以中等至优异的产率合成不同种类的4 - 苯并[][1,3]噻嗪 - 2 - 基膦酸酯。该方法具有原料易得、无金属催化剂、操作简单、产率高和官能团耐受性强等优点。
