Abstract

Presence of immunoglobulins in the Reed-Sternberg and Hodgkin cells cytoplasm is confirmed by ultrastructural immunoperoxydase methods using serum Fab human antigammaglobulins. Hypothesis proposed by Garvin of an immunoglobulin synthesis by unbound ribosomes seems probable.

运用血清Fab人抗丙种球蛋白的超微结构免疫过氧化物酶方法，证实了里德-施特恩贝格细胞和霍奇金细胞胞质中存在免疫球蛋白。加文提出的关于游离核糖体合成免疫球蛋白的假说似乎是合理的。
