Abstract

This study aimed to determine the antibiotic susceptibility of seven antibiotics, (Amoxicillin (AX), Ampicillin (AM), Chloramphenicol (C), Ciprofloxacin (CIP), Doxycycline (DO), Gentamicin (CN) and Neomycin (N)) on some common microorganisms that cause food poisoning. Furthermore, we aimed to compare three types of culture media in assessing antibiotics susceptibility. A sensitivity test was carried out using six bacterial isolates: ., ., . These bacterial isolates were identified at the Food Microbiology Division, Public Health Laboratory using three culture media: Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA), Antibiotic Assay Medium A (AAM), and nutrient agar (NA). The results showed that all of these media are suitable to test antibiotic sensitivity. Bacterial sensitivity and resistance between these media (P≤0.01) were recorded, with significant differences found at the tested probability level.

本研究旨在确定七种抗生素(阿莫西林(AX)、氨苄西林(AM)、氯霉素(C)、环丙沙星(CIP)、强力霉素(DO)、庆大霉素(CN)和新霉素(N))对引起食物中毒的一些常见微生物的药敏性。此外,我们旨在比较三种培养基在评估抗生素药敏性方面的差异。采用 6 株细菌分离株进行药敏试验:.,.,. 使用三种培养基:Mueller Hinton 琼脂(MHA)、抗生素测定培养基 A(AAM)和营养琼脂(NA),在公共卫生实验室的食品微生物学部门对这些细菌分离株进行鉴定。结果表明,所有这些培养基均适用于检测抗生素敏感性。记录了这些培养基之间的细菌敏感性和耐药性(P≤0.01),在测试概率水平上发现了显著差异。
