A case of median nerve compression at the wrist caused by a reversed palmaris longus muscle is described. Symptoms included paresthesias in the median nerve distribution and swelling on the flexor aspect of the wrist resembling tenosynovitis. The patient was a 13-year old girl, which we believe is the youngest recorded case in the literature.
