Abstract

Anaplasmosis (Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis, HGA), is a disease caused by but also formerly known as and . We present a 57-year-old male diagnosed with systemic HGA and lung involvement, who had lived in Benin. A possible tick bite had been reported in his history. There was a dramatic response to treatment.
