Nine diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Comber belonging to the genus in Ranunculaceae family. Their structures were determinated by using HR-ESI-MS and 1 D/2D NMR spectra as geordine (), yunaconitine (), chasmanine (), crassicauline A (), forestine (), pseudaconine (), 14-acetylalatisamine (), austroconitine B (), and talatisamine (). Among them, compound is a previously undescribed aconitine-type C-diterpenoid alkaloid, and compounds , and - have not previously been isolated from this species. The results of experiments indicated that new compound possesses mild anti-inflammatory activity, which inhibited the production of NO in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells with an inhibition ratio of 29.75% at 50 μM.
从毛茛科翠雀属植物中分离得到9个二萜生物碱。通过高分辨电喷雾电离质谱(HR-ESI-MS)和一维/二维核磁共振谱(1D/2D NMR)确定了它们的结构,分别为吉尔多因()、云乌头碱()、查斯曼宁()、粗茎乌甲素A()、福林碱()、伪乌头碱()、14-乙酰阿拉他明()、澳洲乌头碱B()和塔拉胺()。其中,化合物为一种前所未有的乌头碱型C-二萜生物碱,化合物、和此前未从该物种中分离得到。实验结果表明,新化合物具有温和的抗炎活性,在50μM浓度下对脂多糖(LPS)激活的RAW 264.7细胞中一氧化氮(NO)的产生具有抑制作用,抑制率为29.75%。
