A review of the literature on the possibilities of myocardial pacemaker electrode implantation is presented. The field of indication of myocardial electrode implantation is restricted to cases of repeated intracardial electrode dislocation and multiple suppuration. In the authors' experience parasternal mediastinotomy offers an appropriate surgical approach for myocardial electrode implantation and has several advantages over other methods of penetration.
本文对心肌起搏器电极植入的可能性相关文献进行了综述。心肌电极植入的适应证范围仅限于反复发生的心内电极脱位和多处化脓的病例。根据作者的经验，胸骨旁纵隔切开术为心肌电极植入提供了一种合适的手术方法，且与其他穿刺方法相比具有若干优势。
