We report the visible-light-induced PhP/LiI-promoted intermolecular cascade trifluoromethyl radical addition/5--dig cyclization/iodination of 1,6-enynes with Togni's reagent using LiI as the iodine source without the need of the transition metal, oxidant, and base. This reaction promises to be a useful method for the preparation of trifluoromethyl-substituted and vinyl C-I bond-containing pyrrolidines and benzofuran products with good regioselectivity and functional-group tolerance under ambient conditions.
我们报道了在可见光诱导下,以碘化锂为碘源,无需过渡金属、氧化剂和碱,通过PhP/LiI促进1,6-烯炔与Togni试剂进行分子间级联三氟甲基自由基加成/5-外环化/碘化反应。该反应有望成为一种在环境条件下制备具有良好区域选择性和官能团耐受性的三氟甲基取代且含乙烯基C-I键的吡咯烷和苯并呋喃产物的有用方法。
