A 73-year-old male was found to have multiple subpleural pulmonary nodules, predominantly of the upper lobes, on CT. Some contained calcifications. Lymphadenopathy was absent. The importance of CT in suggesting the diagnosis of nodular pulmonary amyloidosis is discussed.
