The objective is to explore the nursing methods of evidence-based nursing in preventing serious complications in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group, with 40 cases in each group. The blood pressure, Self-Efficacy Scale score, Disease Uncertainty Scale score, the incidence of maternal and infant complications, the improvement of mental state, and the patients' satisfaction with the nursing program were observed and compared between the two groups.
Compared with before the intervention, the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the blood pressure, disease uncertainty score, SAS, and SDS scores were significantly decreased, and the indicators in the study group were better than those before the intervention. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05). After the intervention, among the 40 patients in the study group, 10 cases (25.00%) of cesarean section were significantly lower than 19 cases (47.50%) in the control group, and the nursing work satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( < 0.05).
The application of evidence-based nursing interventions and smart medical nursing interventions to patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome has significant effect and can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect of patients during pregnancy.
探讨循证护理在预防妊娠高血压患者严重并发症中的护理方法。
选取 2020 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月收治的 80 例妊娠高血压患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，各 40 例。观察两组患者的血压、自我效能评分、疾病不确定感评分、母婴并发症发生率、精神状态改善情况及对护理方案的满意度。
与干预前比较，两组患者的自我效能评分均明显升高，血压、疾病不确定感评分、SAS、SDS 评分均明显降低，且研究组各项指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ < 0.05）。干预后，研究组患者中剖宫产 10 例（25.00%）明显低于对照组的 19 例（47.50%），研究组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ < 0.05）。
将循证护理干预与智慧医疗护理干预应用于妊娠高血压综合征患者中效果显著，可有效提高患者孕期血压控制效果。
