[Conservative therapy of scars and wrinkles].

We report on the treatment of keloids and scars by means of topical application and injection of active substances. The combination of cryotherapy along with local injection of glucocorticoids has proved the most successful treatment. In the case of depressed scars, the injection of collagen or silicon may bring on favorable results.
