A further case of anisakiasis is reported, its originality residing in the discovery of two localizations of the affection, gastric and then peritoneal, at four months' interval. This digestive disease is provoked by the larvae of nematodes that are parasites of marine mammals and for which human contamination is due to ingestion of raw or incompletely smoked fish.
本文报告了另一例异尖线虫病病例，其独特之处在于发现该病有两个发病部位，先是胃部，四个月后又累及腹膜。这种消化系统疾病是由寄生在海洋哺乳动物体内的线虫幼虫引起的，人类因食用生鱼或未完全烟熏的鱼而受到感染。
