Abstract

Incomplete urethral duplication, although not uncommon, usually is associated with insignificant chordee of the penis and it is clinically asymptomatic. We report a case of incomplete urethral duplication with marked dorsal curvature of the penis and other congenital anomalies. Excision of wedge-shaped ellipses of the tunica albuginea from the ventral aspect of the corpus provided an excellent result.

不完全性尿道重复畸形虽然并不罕见，但通常与阴茎轻度下弯相关，且临床上无症状。我们报告一例不完全性尿道重复畸形合并阴茎明显背侧弯曲及其他先天性异常的病例。从阴茎海绵体腹侧切除白膜的楔形椭圆形组织取得了良好效果。
