This paper describes phytochemical studies on aerial part of the , which led to the identification of a new ingredient namely, -methylkohatine () along with four reported compounds Kohatine (), 1,2-Dehydrokohatine () and 5'Hhydroxyapateline (). Structures of the all Compounds were elucidated by using 1 D and 2 D NMR and mass spectroscopy furthermore the structure of new Compound was also proved by synthesize from compound (Kohatine).
本论文描述了对 的地上部分的植物化学研究,从中鉴定出一种新成分,即 -甲基柯因(),以及四种已报道的化合物柯因()、1,2-脱氢柯因()和 5'H 羟基阿朴啡林()。所有化合物的结构均通过 1D 和 2D NMR 以及质谱分析得到阐明,此外,新化合物的结构还通过从化合物 (柯因)合成得到证实。
