To explore the nutritional status of serum fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, and vitamin E of minors in the Zhuzhou area to provide a scientific basis for clinical guidance to supplement fat-soluble vitamins reasonably.
A total of 6,082 minors who underwent physical examination from January 2017 to February 2019 in the Children's Health Department of Zhuzhou Hospital affiliated with XiangYa School of Medicine of Central South University were selected as the subjects to measure the levels of serum fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E.
(1) Their average levels of serum vitamin A, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, and vitamin E were (0.34 ± 0.08) mg/mL, (34.65 ± 10.24) ng/mL, and (10.11 ± 2.65) mg/mL, respectively. (2) Serum vitamin E showed a gender difference ( < 0.001). (3) The average levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and vitamin E in infancy, early childhood, preschool age, school age, and adolescence decreased gradually ( < 0.05). In contrast, the average level of serum vitamin A ranged between 0.32 mg/mL and 0.37 mg/mL. (4) The age was negatively correlated with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D ( = -0.517, < 0.001) and weakly negatively correlated with vitamin E ( = -0.366, < 0.001), but weakly positively correlated with vitamin A ( = 0.269, < 0.001).
Minors from infancy to adolescence in Zhuzhou should strengthen their supplementation of fat-soluble vitamins.
探讨株洲地区未成年人血清脂溶性维生素 A、25-羟维生素 D 和维生素 E 的营养状况,为临床合理补充脂溶性维生素提供科学依据。
选取 2017 年 1 月至 2019 年 2 月在中南大学湘雅医学院附属株洲医院儿保科体检的 6082 名未成年人作为研究对象,检测血清脂溶性维生素 A、D、E 水平。
(1)血清维生素 A、25-羟维生素 D、维生素 E 平均水平分别为(0.34±0.08)mg/mL、(34.65±10.24)ng/mL、(10.11±2.65)mg/mL。(2)血清维生素 E 存在性别差异( < 0.001)。(3)婴儿期、幼儿期、学龄前、学龄期和青春期血清 25-羟维生素 D 和维生素 E 平均水平逐渐降低( < 0.05),而血清维生素 A 平均水平在 0.32~0.37mg/mL 之间波动。(4)年龄与 25-羟维生素 D 呈负相关( = -0.517, < 0.001),与维生素 E 呈弱负相关( = -0.366, < 0.001),与维生素 A 呈弱正相关( = 0.269, < 0.001)。
