We report a case of intractable otomycosis with multiple relapses despite conventional topical and systemic antifungal treatment, and adjunctive usage of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Of note, otomycosis relapsed even after six months of continuous systemic antifungal treatment with therapeutic drug levels and without treatment interruption; and only resolved after application of topical voriconazole. 我们报告一例顽固性耳霉菌病病例，尽管进行了传统的局部和全身抗真菌治疗以及辅助使用高压氧治疗，仍多次复发。值得注意的是，即使在持续六个月的全身抗真菌治疗且药物水平达到治疗标准且未中断治疗的情况下，耳霉菌病仍复发；仅在局部应用伏立康唑后才得以解决。
