Contact dermatitis of the feet is common in Nigeria. 136 patients with dermatitis of the feet were investigated; 83 had positive patch tests. 59 to chemicals in shoes; 22 reacted to rubber chemicals and 16 to chromate, 53 had negative patch tests. The causal mechanisms and treatment methods are described.
足部接触性皮炎在尼日利亚很常见。对136例足部皮炎患者进行了调查；83例斑贴试验呈阳性。其中59例对鞋类中的化学物质过敏；22例对橡胶化学物质有反应，16例对铬酸盐有反应，53例斑贴试验呈阴性。文中描述了其致病机制和治疗方法。
