In this study, inverse moxibustion was performed at the Baihui and Dazhui points in patients with ischemic stroke, and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17 (HAMD) score, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, modified Barthel index (MBI) score, and incidence of post-stroke depression (PSD) were observed.
Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. All enrolled patients were given routine treatment for ischemic stroke, and those in the treatment group were also given moxibustion at the Baihui and Dazhui points. The course of treatment was four weeks. The HAMD, NIHSS, and MBI scores of the two groups were evaluated before and four weeks after the treatment. The differences between the groups and the incidence of PSD were evaluated to determine the effect of inverse moxibustion at the Baihui and Dazhui points on the HAMD, NIHSS, and MBI scores and prevention of PSD in patients with ischemic stroke.
After the four weeks of treatment, the HAMD and NIHSS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, their MBI was higher than that of the control group, and their incidence of PSD was statistically significantly lower than that of the control group.
Inverse moxibustion at the Baihui acupoint in patients with ischemic stroke can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, improve depression, and reduce the incidence of PSD and should be considered for application in clinical practice.
本研究对缺血性脑卒中患者进行百会、大椎穴的逆灸，并观察其汉密尔顿抑郁量表 17 项（HAMD）评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、改良巴氏指数（MBI）评分及脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）发生率。
将 80 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者纳入研究并随机分为两组。所有纳入患者均给予缺血性脑卒中常规治疗，治疗组患者加百会、大椎穴灸法。疗程 4 周。治疗前及治疗 4 周后评价两组患者 HAMD、NIHSS 及 MBI 评分，评估两组间差异及 PSD 发生率，以评价逆灸百会、大椎穴对缺血性脑卒中患者 HAMD、NIHSS、MBI 评分及 PSD 预防的作用。
治疗 4 周后，治疗组 HAMD、NIHSS 评分低于对照组，MBI 评分高于对照组， PSD 发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义。
逆灸百会穴对缺血性脑卒中患者具有促进神经功能恢复、改善抑郁、降低 PSD 发生率的作用，值得临床应用。
